Our commitment

Credential Asset Management Private Limited is committed to ensuring that credentialassetmanagement.com is usable by everyone, including people with visual, hearing, motor, speech or cognitive disabilities. We treat digital accessibility as a continuing obligation rather than a one-time project.

Conformance status

This website has been built and remediated to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to satisfy the accessibility requirements set out in SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).

Our current conformance status is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most of the content meets the standard, while a small number of items remain under active remediation. Those items are listed under “Known limitations” below.

Accessibility features on this site

  • A “Skip to main content” link is the first item reachable by keyboard on every page.
  • The entire site can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Semantic landmark regions (banner, navigation, main, contentinfo) let screen-reader users jump between areas of the page.
  • All informative images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Every form field has a programmatically associated label, and validation errors are announced as they occur.
  • The automatically rotating banner can be paused, and rotation stops when keyboard focus enters it.
  • Motion and animation are reduced automatically when the “reduce motion” setting is enabled in your operating system.
  • Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Page language is declared, so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.

Compatibility with assistive technology

This website has been tested against, and is designed to work with, the following combinations:

  • NVDA with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on Windows
  • JAWS with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Windows
  • VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
  • TalkBack with Google Chrome on Android

The site is responsive and does not require horizontal scrolling at a viewport width of 320 CSS pixels.

Technical specification

Accessibility on this website relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. It depends on these technologies being supported by your browser and any assistive technology you use.

Assessment approach

Conformance was assessed through a combination of automated testing using axe-core 4.x in a live browser session, and manual review by an IAAP CPACC certified accessibility professional, covering keyboard operation, screen-reader output, reading order, colour contrast and form behaviour.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them:

  • Third-party documents. Some older PDF documents linked from the Disclosures page may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. We will supply an accessible version of any such document on request.
  • Third-party embedded content. Content served by external providers is not always within our direct control. We raise accessibility defects with those providers as we find them.

Feedback and grievance redressal

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, or need any information on this site in an alternative format, please contact our Accessibility Nodal Officer:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 working days and to respond substantively within 15 working days.
